My Story

A native of Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, Canada and former member of the Canadian Women’s National Team.  I attended  Kent School, in Connecticut, USA at the age of 14.  As a freshman I was a multi-sport athlete, but excelled on the basketball court. I  currently sit as the leading scorer in Kent School program history with a remarkable 1,782 career points. I once put up 42 points – in my high school career game high – against the Hotchkiss Bearcats.

Upon graduation from Kent, I began at Clemson University, in the ACC Conference a power 5 Conference. I went on to transfer to the University of Utah in the Pac-12 Conference where I had a remarkable collegiate career.  After redshirting the 2015-2016 season, per NCAA rules, I played in all 31 games as a sophomore in 2016-17.  My junior year was a breakout campaign as I finished the season ranked in the top 20 in the Pac-12 league in scoring. I started the first 13 games of the 2018-2019, which was my senior season, before suffering a season ending ACL injury against Arizona State in the conference opener.

At the time of the injury, I was ranked 10th in the Pac-12 in field goal percentage (.511), sixth in steals per game (2.1) and 14th in three-point field goals made per game. I was fortunate enough to receive a sixth year eligibility and played in the final 23 games of the 2019-2020 season. I earned my degree in Human Development and Family Services while wrapping up my second degree in Sociology from University of Utah.

I have an extensive experience playing basketball internationally and some highlights from the Canadian Women’s National Basketball Team include a second place finish in the 3v3 Fiba World Championships in Jakarta, Indonesia, the U19 Exhibition Games in Spain and France, U19 World Championships in Lithuania and Moscow, Russia.  In 2016 I traveled to the Czech Republic for the Canadian Senior Development Women’s National Team.  In 2018 I played in the Gold Coast 2018 Commonwealth Games in Brisbane and Townsville Australia.  I also played in Beijing China and Tokyo Japan with the Senior National Team. This year I have the opportunity to get a spot on the 2021 Tokyo Olympic Team with Canada.  I am currently playing my first pro season in Freiberg, Germany in 1st division DBBL leading the league in scoring of 20.1 ppg and 5.4 rpg, in the country’s premier women’s basketball league.
